U absolutely got the point here. No need cops lol ... Just an automated system who set some limits.
For exemple, a dude make something wrong. Something advert him (and every body) he is in illegality(like a Hall of Lame). Then he can rent an avocat and defend him self against accusation (who will have an avocat too). Then, the two advocats will fight. The whiner will have right
It will put a new profession with a high concurence >> it will creat a new market area.
