Unless Valygar is working in the construction and/or interior design industry in the Gothenburg area, I'm pretty sure his post was a joke (at least part of it)
I have had him on FL for a long time so I know he's not exactly a noob - just didn't know he was funny.
That being said, I agree with Red, that under specific circumstances, some kind of tp fee could be interesting (as long as its circled back to loot pool (if a loot pool exists at all))
