I haven't had a further reply to my Support Case, so I 've added
It is now 48 hours since I sent the Dxdiag print, and 5 days since this bug was reported.
Even if you cannot find the cause quickly, why can you not fix my claim so that I can extract it, and why will you not indemnify me against any future occurrences so that I can continue mining?
I've just noticed that my claim deed has disappeared too though. (It was there for at least 2 days)
As everyone can see, this bug happened again this morning. It may be rare, but there are 5 instances reported in this thread (including mine).
The screen prints that Joe Jeff and I both provided in these threads are surely conclusive verification that our reports are true; apart from that, their logs should confirm that these claims were not fully extracted. Mindark's response demonstrably contains two outright lies, and the inference that Joe Jeff has submitted a fraudulent case is outrageous.
I'm not mining again until Mindark compensate the victims, and publicly announce they will indemnify anyone if it happens again.
