I am only level 26 and nothing hits me much at all. I can stand at twin with a few argo youngs on me and they can't even damage me fast enouggh to kill me. They just give up. I can go through an aurli ravager or devastator with no more than 5 ek-2600 clicks using HL 6/ E-15 with Ghost/5B.
40 is a bit ridiculous imho, most people will not reach lvl 40 evader in two years without some serious chipping. not only is it effected by skill nerfs but it is also one of the slowest gaining professions in game due to the fact that the more you get the less you gain even without considering the nerfs.
