Have those of you who have submitted support cases been asked to send a Dxdiag print? (As I was). Either Mindark think there is a common factor on our PC's, or this is another standard procedure they have which does nothing to solve the problem.
Unfortunately they lost the first email I sent last week, and asked me yesterday to resend it.
Glad to hear they have refunded you Atraie, they haven't done that for me yet, but I have asked them again to.
