Gratz on discovering the first useful new ME in ages!

Decay is 2.862 PECs for the 32 points protection (I/C/S mobs), just like it would be for any armor with 1000 durability. That's 0.1% less decay than 5B would decay if it could protect 32 points. (Below 10k durability, each 1k increase decreases decay by 1%.)
