I have an open support case (other topic, Goldcard issue), which is still in progress, but no clue why, because both of us (me and
MA support) discussed the issue and
MA adviced if I have another problem then just file a new support ticket.
This reminds me how the customer systems works, maybe after the support person finished the task the routine goes to another person, or the whole process get a pending status with a timer. After the time is over then someone must have to check the support case (the system assigns the support case to a support member or to the same person who took originally care about it) if there is anything new. If there is nothing new (means: no replies from the customer), then simply closing the support case. Don't know hows it work at
MA.
