Tbh i think the main problem is taxation. How all the money withdrawn will be accounted for. And it gets worse since all countries have diffrent stances on if the money is subject of taxation or not, and diffrent rules on amounts and so forth. I think its one nut that needs to be cracked, and i believe the shells pretty damn hard.
