You can give three people an Uber-HoF. You can't choose yourself, and you can only choose one person from your society.
Who do you choose?
First I would pick my socmate Earl Von Kippler, because I know he would be very happy to get it, as you can see from
this thread.
Next I'll choose my former socmate Sir Odd, he's been plugging away for a long time and gets involved in community things like being a journalist here, but he never seems to get much luck, so today he can have an Uber-HoF.
Lastly I will go with my friend Amelia Millie Ambrosine, because I know she's very disheartened about
EU at the moment, and isn't playing much. Hopefully her Uber-HoF will make her feel more positive about
EU.
