Focus - good at Sweat Camp, when you're new.
Not so good when you're at Nea's.
Pests at sweat camp jump around from target to target, and it's easy to end up with three of four or more around you while trying to sweat - focus is handy for dealing with this.
At Nea's - it's a bit of a different story though - Ambu hit hard, hard enough that, unless you've got your own, personal healer, you'll run out of life long before you run out of focus, loosing all focus charges on death.
Hence it's uncommon to find someone at Nea's focusing.
Does it make a difference?
Not from what I've noticed - focused or otherwise, sweat happens.
