EU is on the right track and that one day (though not anytime in the near future...) there may be a unified currency throughout North America, but what in the hell are you talking about with what I quoted?
President Bush doesn't decide whether we hold elections or not, nor does he have any way to retain his seat as president. This isn't Zimbabwe for god sakes...
