MA actually do have logs for everything so the point is moot.
The best thing to do when some jerk decideds to start killing your mobs (the ones you are shooting at) is to move somewhere else. It is not worth the effort to start a fight over it where there are plenty of low level mobs to go around.
Of course if the noob feels strongly enough about it he could learn how to make screenies (by looking through
EF) and post them in a support case to
MA who alos provides support in more languages than just English. he could of course also ask a friend to translate his support case into English.
