Personally, since I started playing
EU about 30 months ago, I've lost about 3 PED in total to people intentionally kill stealing. If you encounter a kill stealer, just move away from them, and if you so choose and its blatant and repeated then send in a support case.
On this matter here I vote instant temp ban for both parties for making a fuss about nothing and creating unnecessary work for
MA support when they could be doing better things with their time.
