Decay is simply a mechanism for removing peds out of EU. As long as peds keep moving out of EU then people will continue to have to deposit.

There is always a big chunk of peds in EU that is continually being skimmed out of the system via decay when we participate. That is ped that can only be replaced into EU via depositing by someone. Some players may never deposit but the ped they make has been deposited by someone else at some time.

That is not to say MA accountants may have to look at things differently than ingame mechanics and generate reports in a different manner.

I don't dismiss the fact when I deposit to MA that money is theres to do with as they please and when I withdrew funds they covered it. I just know everyday that I light up my ADJ VI on an Aurli each click of that mouse funnels some peds out of the system and the only way I will get them back is by playing smart, getting very lucky, or depositing.
