It would mean that my real QR is 9.99 or so, which is ingame reflected as 10.0 and in the My Items list as 0.09 PED.
If this is true, it could also mean that bp's gain very small QR bits even if you don't get a green line. Only when the QR goes to the next .1 or so, you get a message. But then again, you can also get .2 gain in 1 line...  |
This would be very consistant with the rest of stuff in the game (i.e. decay).
