Those who never deposit are still paying its just that someone else deposited the cash unless you spend 100% of your time sweating and give it away.

Even if you break even on hunting / mining / crafting by selling items, your still paying to be in
EU. So unless you never spend a pec then your still paying, there is no such thing as playing for free its just someone else paying the bill.
