LR59/63/65 + Isis HL20 would be the best combo, as the LR's do more damage per shot, which is quite important for getting through Inf/Eon.
I managed to get the lucky killshot on 3 RX units using only LR63+e-15, so you don't have to spend 1000s of PED.
