The end point is (example): i want to sell 500 skills point of my 5000 longblade skills points, what TT esi i need?

Just to be clear i would like calculate not what esi i need to cheap out all my skills points but just a part of them. this because extract 500 skills from 5000 is different to extract 500 skills from 1000. thx in advance
