Having the highest Dmg/Pec ratio is ONE of the ways to being eco.
Another one is to avoid overkill.

And Opalo + A101 leads to overkill for Snabble and Daikis young.

But you may consider hitting them with Opalo + A101, and finishing them with a TT pistol.
