If the shooters just stay close to eachother, and take care to tag just one mob at a time, its easy to fap a lot of people alone. 3 or 4 is no problem at all.
Just watch out for them sneaking up from behind and trying to take out your medic, one spider tried that while we were battling an eomon... He didn't succeed though, fast thinking teammates terminated his plans forcefully.
