MA SHOULD implement eviction after 90 days... that's what happens in the real world... so should happen in game too... unused property would go back in to auction under Marcus Callander's name with starting bid of zero or 1... Would let a lot more people have a chance at owning things at a descent price. It would also force those that do buy in to actually pay attention to their investments instead of wasting
MA's time and slowing the economy and causing markups to go through the roof.
I remember the old days, 2 or so years ago when there was like rarely under 50 pages of auctions under the estates section. It should be like that again.
