(Go to Main Complex North TP, then South into the huge shopping mall area)
it's right across the hall from my Furniture Shop
The Shopkeepers out front carry all types of mining amps!
Upstairs you can find shelves full with all the Limited Orefinders, Matterfinders, Drillers, Amps - Downstairs you will find all the old tools, from levels 102-105
