You have to bann half of
EF Communetys avatars for this rule and i dont know mutch forums that have such a strange rule. If you feel harmed by a little picture i dont know what to say ...
Enforcing this rule will also not easy. Are you sure you know all Pictures from all other games to make sure you not delete Person A and leave Person B because you dont know it (but others users do and feel some more equal than others). It feel unconfortable to get a avatar restriction and there is no secuerty that this rule can forced in a far way threating all users Equal.

Does this mean we not allowed to write for example a scammers Name anymore or for what does this stay ?
Everything else looks ok as the most things should the common behaviour for a normal person and not even need rules to remind.

And whats with Faustians avatar/sig as example ? This fall pretty clear under the Advertising rule. But i can't say it offend me or disctract me or i feel the urgent need to run in the next liquid store. I would like to see this no ad rule soften and mods decide from case to case whats advertising and what not.
