Seriously though, tons of non-depositers get globals and HoFs all the time, including sweaters and those ( mostly ubers ) who don't need to deposit.
In the middle, we have the depositing hopefuls, the main group numerically of
EU and who pay for the above named categories. Here, more ammo and bombs = more chance of a global or HoF, obviously.
But, within all the obvious connections, I also think depositers get back a % of their deposits through globals
over time. This does not mean you get a 300 ped global straight after your $40 deposit, you may get an uberHoF after 2 years of depositing with only a few globals to your name.
This is just a sense, based on my own and other's experience and sits outside of words like
dynamic,
random, and the like.
