There were a few times he hit me for 90-109 .. and I lived to shoot him a few more times before he would kill me

So to me .. not a waste.

And it's only one hit at a time .. so what's the decay ... .04 pec

Well worth being able to stab/shoot him a few more times before that deadly skull floated above my head!!
