I downloaded the LEGO Digital Designer and sadly it doesn't have the right bricks to build this.
After searching their site, I found that a lot of these parts are no longer available.
There are however a lot of auction sites that sell 'Old' Lego.
It will be interesting to see if anyone else has made a clicker gadget.
