MA to get people to use the (L) stuff more sooner or later... If you buy a limited laseramp (lets say Shear X80) that is currently totally useless for hunting due to crap eco (compared to all the looted ones atleast...) there wont be a repairfee since its disposable after.
If you use an A106 to minimum tt there would be a "repairfee" that might resemble the markup on the XR80...

Again a way to "get around" actually changing stats on the old laser amps but still "nerf" the actual useage of them :/
