Goto the menu above (Look for Gallery). Then in next menu (Look for Upload). Once you have uploaded your pictures to the gallery when you reply to a thread you should see "My Pics" to the right of the text box, underneath the Smiles. Click on your picture and it will apear in you post.
btw you might want to put your picture in "Show us your face" thread as its the place where most people put their pictures of themselves. Although im sure Donald will be happy you posting it here to make it easier for him to add you to his awesome gallery
