Well... unless they've changed the fact that all skills have the same "value to esi chip tt" calculation... any skill will do.
But I'm really interested in the tt of the esi after the skill is removed. Looking at chips on auction will get you the other way around, assuming you are looking at a skill you currently have level 1 in. Worse case... I can use the auction gathered data and manually add in the ~%10 loss, but that would be less accurate.
