kitten, the argus/ atlas houses lost value cause of teh malls, but yes this will hit them again.
what i meant was, this SK change is how it should be been to start with. The whole retail side of
PE now makes sense.
The problem is people stand to loose value on a lot of items by this change.
Thats why I said its a brave move
