the more I think about it the more it seems that it was simply a wise bid. At that stage in the bidding it seemed high. But by the end of the bidding after the dust settled, it seems, to me, that it was a very wise bid. I think time will show, just like TI and
CND that the PA mall with it's built-in market will be the most valuable stand-alone mall, BY FAR.
