I think Sonya was referring to the fact that they're expediting the normal withdraws, meaning normal withdraws CAN be done faster, they just choose to make them take forever. If it really takes 90 days and MA has little to do with it, they couldn't offer this. This shows that MA is deliberately slowing normal withdrawals.
