Oh come on, you don't really think the whole company is now working on those withdrawals. It's common sense
MA doesn't want the ability to quickly withdraw loads of money. That is what the delay is for. They just don't have all the dollars for all the peds ingame lying around. The delay gives the time to sell of stocks etc to liqidate property. Also it scares ppl to withdraw and give them time to research if all the peds are legal and white..
The cashcard system is limited, so
MA knows what goes out, and since the cc holders are verified, to who too.
