I checked this coordinate issue and there are bugs. Another issue I didnt test well
Editing is hard, saving happens to the wrong directory, and visuals don't update correctly while editing. I'll edit this post with some reasonable coordinates for that map soon and have these issues fixed in the next update. Release date is unknown for now.
As for what dino said. This is correct. The maps are not accurate themselves. The coordinates shown by nrf are calcuclated so are accurate compared to drops and finds shown by nrf. The map is only a visual aid.
