I'm a bit surprised that
MA designteam havn't done that already, since there's bound to be a great deal of complains to Support every day on that matter.
Though I would like to add that it should be a message to the (mis)user:

This avatar has banned you from all further chat.
Or something like that.
The guy in the picture was a nose candy junkie from Portugal btw. He haressed me to with PM'ing a while ago, so I added him on FL and instantly hit the ignore function. He's been bugging people for weeks. I was really surprised to see that there was a soc that accepted him as member. Since all he did, as far as I could see, was to run around and spam and harass ppl.
