I think shes saying that she doesn't want anyone taking clips from her deviantart site and putting them into
EU without her permission, therfore the EULA does not apply if someone steals it from another site not within
EU. I could be wrong but this is how I understood it.
MA would have to take action if someone puts something into
EU that is copyrighted without the permission of the owner and they are made aware of it.
