Well far as we investigated when i made teh post about the belkin nostromo
The eula doesn't specifically say it's a bit ambigious. Read back a page you'll see what we think. but we have nothign official.
Realistically if it's not okay than apps like nrf woudln't be allowed either and
MA isn;t bothering them about it.
