They should be the sames size and the radius is determined by the radius in the grid
If you want finds smaller, right click on the grid, and edit the values of the radius..

You cant select multiple files? Well you can drag the images to the batch processor anywayz... If the processing finished, you will find the results in the main app. You wont get a notice its finished. Otherwise, try loading one in the image loader tab, and try to parse that and see if it works.
