Actually the rules are extremely well thought out.
60 Agility is a requirment. Can't just let any old person have access to peoples equipment which is of such a high value. Non-negotiable.
Btw, if you need a response, PM Rico or Hooch. The guys get WAY to many to start chasing up things like this.

You wont get any legal backing from
MA ever. Would be nice in a perfect world, but it won't happen.
The rentees will be extremely trusty as they are carefully picked. They won't just let in any old person. Trust me, your in safe hands with this
