Now let me add my 2 cents,
1.We were expecting a new statement about the progress made in negotiations, not the same statement as the prevoius one "we are negotiating with several..bla bla".
2.Community is interested about this aspect imho because of the "nice" balancing of the game, where one deposits/spends like hell and gets back squat, then sees a mega uber from a shit mob...ofc u get mad and wanna retire and go see a movie with ur ped instead of draining them here..
And yes, i`m happy with the "prioritised" bank withdrawal at the moment but i still want my cash card back
P.S.: I have an odd feeling my ava is doomswitched because i`m posting in the cash card threads

Later edit: If you have for instance 5 entities u`re negociating with, it`s not that hard to see which one is more serious and stable of them. That if not all 5 are "nublets" which i`m afraid to think it`s possible
