How about logging chat windows that are initiated when P2P trade is initiated? Players could make whatever verbal contract right there, and you'd have a record of it at
MA if the need of arbitration came up later.

MA could always ADD a "feature for the secure sharing of virtual assets". Then such shring could be automatic and not require the attention of your support staff.
