I have seen the same with several soc members. Sometimes wondering why they did not respond in soc chat before logging of again. The are mostly only online for 1 to 2 minutes at the most.
I will start keeping track of this and see to confirm with those people to see if they tries or were online at that time. If not i am gonna make some support calls.
I would think it is a bug. Or mayby
MA trying to make us believe there are more people online.
