Great write-up Skam!
This was my first CL and I had great fun. Yeah, the lag was very inconvenient, but I didn't die quite as much as I figured.
ND had it right "You don't want to die, I repeat, avoid dying at all costs!" Great commentary as usual.
I stuck mostly to Longus and Allo. Think I ventured into ChickenDome once but they annoy me. Didn't even consider Neconus, they tear me to shreds.
It was very fast-paced and I couldn't keep up with the event chat and globals rolling off the screen so fast. Plus soc-chat was rolling too. I missed getting screenies of my global and one PK
. I was still struggling to scroll the chat back to get the global screenie when total war started, and that assassin Jamhot popped me
. Revived, tried to get back to finding my last-minute global, then started getting hit, then fortunately was able to slay my would-be slayer (sorry, I don't remember who you were - it was just a couple lucky shots!
). Tried to get that screenie, and then there's that villain, taking me down again while I'm weak. Jam, revenge will be exacted next week!
The pre and post event control room dancing was also a ball. Great event, Klod, I'll be back. And Gratz to Star for the big win!
