I'm a noob miner breaking even - nothing over 12PED yet.
I was out in the bush mining, when I noticed I had a shadow. Another player was waiting for me to drop bombs. I quickly TP'ed out of there.
Never mine unless your radar screen is clear.
Is this a common and/or accepted mining tactic?
