Yes mass producing. This would almost definitely be used for consumables.
Some of the things that have been discussed:
Special ammo, (usable) components, beauty products, paint, (regular) ammo, mindforce something, food, stat boosters. Just a few examples.
MA have not confirmed any of them though.
