I have few theorys which i'm checkin:
1. Minerals move in some directions in areas, they dont have time to reaspawn..they just after mining one resorce spaw in other palce..
2. Minerals move in some directions in areas, they have time of respawining. If you mine one resorce is will be spawned in other place, buy you have to wait.
3. Minearls can move but is a direcstions which system is programed..for examlpe linear moving with modulo correction of cordignates (east to count, not much power need to move this resorces).
4. Minerals dont move they are still in place you mined but it will tahe a long time when tey will respawn again, for example 2 weeks to respawn one mined spot..so players will think that minerals are moving..
and some others ..
Just i'm thinking which of this is the most probable..or all of this is just a pice of s%^#
