10 PED and you get the rest back In PED*. So obviously to make It worth while you need to use it all.
Pretty useless really. Should be lower, like 5 PED. I understand we don't wan't 1 PED ESIs all over the place, but would be useful to people who want to chip out low crafting skills ect (Where Id say is the most common to fill small chips).
