I could give a number of other examples.
Even if they make a statement that says "the deal is finalized", they are still gonna have to print up the cards, which could take a fair amount of time. Asking "when do we get em" is not unreasonable. Asking if those of us who paid for the card, only to have it cancelled, will be issued a new card with no extra charges is not unreasonable. Asking if we have to re-do all the paperwork involved with increasing our limits is also not unreasonable.

I'm sorry if haven't expressed myself clearly. I'm not saying that those questions are unreasonable, i have them myself. What i wanted to say, is that let's wait a few days for the promised press release with all the details (hopefully). And i doubt that
MA representatives are going to answer the questions in this thread before that press release.
