Before , for sure not (even if i think marco posted long ago card will be replaced for free) .But , i am sure
MA read , and asking now may result in having clear and fine reply in the PR.
I do think it would be a better PR to write " now new cash card , cheaper and player with old card will get one shipped for free" than " mumbo jumbo usual crap".
I am maybe wrong , i am not PR or advertise specialist , but , personally , i would trust more a compagnie that do fair PR and pay back the replacement than a companie with shadow sentence and bad comment on forum....
