Hi,
there seems to be a correlation between this problem and Internet Explorer.
If this problem occurs, try using Firefox (or any other functional browser). This helped in my case.
I've made a support case to tell 'em about my results and got reply:

So, other then before, IE is no longer needed/ recommended for PaySafeCard depositing procedure.
